Our new single story ranch that we’ve dubbed the “Flex Ranch” has a multipurpose bonus room that is in part a continuation of the great room, but has endless other possibilities. The Anmarie also boasts other unique features such as a three car garage, a walk in pantry, the largest island we’ve ever built, and elegant modern touches on the exterior.

We’re very excited to add a bonus space to our homes that can work for whatever you and your family need - a cozy den, an office space, a fourth bedroom, a his or her “cave,” or even a space for the kids to play that gives Mom and Dad a little breathing room.
Massive 3-Car Garage
The three-car garage is deep enough to fit a full-size pickup with room for other vehicles. By design the entire back wall width of the garage is common to the house and provides added insulation to keep space warmer for recreational and lawn components, tools, and other property.
A True Family Kitchen
The kitchen accommodates the largest island we have ever offered with room for family seating, massive counter space and well positioned to meld the kitchen with the great room and dining area. It’s a hosting kitchen through and through.
